Introducing: The ESW Community Clinic

The ESW Community Clinic is a new, three-fold initiative providing hands-on clinical training in relationship/sex therapy and supervision for graduate-level trainees, accessible psychotherapy services for Chicagoland residents, and collaborative partnerships with local, community-based organizations to support the development of their programming and direct services.

clinical training

In our clinic, we fill gaps in graduate psychotherapy education by offering specialized hands-on clinical training in sexual wellness and support graduate-level trainees in their practicum and professional development. Trainees receive ongoing supervision and clinical training from senior clinicians at ESW while working towards their graduate studies.

Accessible therapy

Through, the ESW Community Clinic, we offer psychotherapy services on a reduced sliding-scale and pay-what-you-can basis. This initiative allows us to make psychotherapy services accessible for a wider group of people who, due to financial means or life circumstances, may otherwise not be able to afford them.

Community partnerships

Each season, the ESW Community Clinic will partner with a different community-based organization to spotlight their work on our social media accounts and contribute a percentage of clinic revenue toward the sponsorship of an event, service or donation for the partnering organization.
